UPDATE:  The Highway is now open.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Highway 29 is closed due to a collision near Bear Flats.

According to posts on social media, a collision has blocked the highway in both directions.

We are still waiting for official information about the collision from the RCMP.  It is unknown at this time when the highway will re-open.
