UPDATE:  Power has been restored to the area.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – B.C. Hydro is responding to another power outage.  This outage is affecting only 300 customers along the Alaska Highway up to Wonowon and west to the Halfway River.

The power went out just before 7 a.m. and crews from B.C. Hydro are expected to arrive on scene shortly after 8 a.m. to repair the outage.  The cause is unknown at this time and Hydro can’t say when power will be restored.
