Taylor Speedway making up for rain-outs this weekend

TAYLOR, B.C. – The Taylor Speedway is set to make up for several rain-outs over the past season this weekend.

The dirt oval track will be hosting what is tentatively their final weekend of racing this Saturday and Sunday. Speedway President Kelly Hildebrand says that though organizers are hoping that the weather holds, the forecast could mean that some of this weekend’s racing could be a wash as well. He says that if races need to be cancelled on the weekend, the racetrack will again host make-up races on the weekend of September 17th.

The action is set to begin on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and again on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
