Another week, another power outage in the Fort St. John area

UPDATE:  As of 8:10 p.m. power has been restored to the area.

 

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Residents in Cecil Lake, Goodlow, Clayhurst and other communities north of Fort St. John are without power.

The outage started just before 4 p.m. Tuesday and has left about 550 residents in the dark.

The cause is still under investigation and Hydro has dispatched crews to repair the outages.  There is no estimate on when power will be restored.
