Dawson Creek RCMP investigate Canada Post mailbox damage and theft of mail

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Dawson Creek RCMP are investigating after 2 separate mischief complaints of mailbox damage and mail theft were received.

Police are seeking for assistance from the public after being notified that two Canada Post standing mailboxes at two separate locations had been damaged and broken into. The mail that was inside had been stolen and is currently missing.

If anyone has any information regarding the mischiefs and theft of mail is asked to call the Dawson Creek RCMP at (250)784-3700 or Crime stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
