GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB – Grande Prairie RCMP have issued a Alberta-wide warrant for 23 year-old Liban Musse. He is wanted on the following charges related to the shooting at Prairie Mall on September 15th:

· Reckless discharge of a firearm

· Discharge a firearm with intent

· Possess a weapon dangerous to the public

· Carry a concealed weapon

· Unauthorized possession of a firearm

· Possession of restricted firearm with ammunition

RCMP say they have been looking for Musse following the incident at Prairie Mall last week. One shot was fired and 3 people were injured.

Musse is described as:

· Black, male


· 175 cm (5’9”) tall

· Weighs approximately 65 kg (143 lbs)

· Short, dark black hair

· Brown eyes

Police consider Musse armed and dangerous. RCMP are asking you do not approach him if you see him. If you see Musse, you are asked to call your local police department or call RCMP.
