DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – MLA Pat Pimm, who was charged with one count of assault yesterday, will be arraigned on October 4th at 9:00 am.

Pimm was not present at his first appearance this morning at Provincial Court in Dawson Creek. His lawyer, Greg Cranston spoke via telephone on his behalf.
