Charlie Lake algae concerns earn public meeting

CHARLIE LAKE, B.C. – On November 16, 2016 at 7:00 pm, there will be a meeting at the Charlie Lake Hall to address the algae concerns in Charlie Lake.

Will McInnes with Dirty Dirt Services says the meeting will involve many different parties.

“We have the Ministry of Environment coming, Peace River Regional District has been invited, Northern Health, City Hall in Fort St. John and we’re trying to get the general public, as many people as we can who want to talk about it.”

McInnes believes it is something the public has had interest in for a while.
