High Level RCMP searching for missing man

HIGH LEVEL, A.B. – The High Level RCMP are searching for a missing man that hasn’t been seen since the summer.

Police received the complaint from the Paddle Prairie Metis Settlement, which is roughly 66 kilometres south of High Level. Conrad Jason Ducharme was last known by family to be hitch hiking to a meeting in Dixonville, north of Peace River several months prior. Police have confirmed that Ducharme was seen at the end of July 2016 at the meeting.

Ducharme is described as: Metis, 5’8” tall, weighing roughly 200 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, and has no known tattoos or piercings. He has a noticeable mole to the right of his right eye. He is known to go by both Conrad and Jason as a first name.

Ducharme’s family has indicated that he is transient and has been known to go extended periods without contacting family, however due to the time frame from his last contact they have reported him missing.

If you have any information as to Ducharme’s whereabouts, please contact High Level RCMP at 780-821-7000. If you want to remain anonymous you can contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
