Local MP Bob Zimmer has been named critic for the Asia-Pacific Gateway and Corridor Initiative.

Zimmer says he is looking forward to his new role as well as continuing his current role.

“I look forward to focusing on the Asia-Pacific Gateway as well as continuing my work on the HUMA Committee as both are very important to the people of my riding and all Canadians,” said Mr. Zimmer. “We have a strong Conservative team and we will continue to hold the government to account and insist on accountability and transparency.”
