FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – BC Hydro and ATCO Two Rivers Lodging Group announced this morning that the Site C Dam’s worker accommodation lodge is now complete.

The completion of the lodge, which includes 1,600 rooms and was completed on time and on budget, represents a significant project milestone for the project.

The lodge features single-occupancy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, TV and Wi-Fi services, and a host of other venues and amenities. In addition, the lodge has its own health clinic which provides Site C workers with access to primary and preventative care, along with work-related injury evaluation and treatment.

The camp has now entered the full operations phase and the majority of available jobs will be camp service positions. This includes front desk clerks, housekeeping, cooks, general kitchen help and dishwashers. ATCO Two Rivers Lodging says that it has, and will continue to recruit locally for these positions.
