Snow storm knocks out power in the B.C. Peace

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Over 1,000 customers are without power in the B.C. Peace.

The largest power outage is north of Fort St. John and affecting those in Rose Prairie and north into the Peejay.  Approximately 641 customers are affected by that outage.  There is no estimate on when power will be restored.

There are several smaller outages all over the B.C. Peace covering, parts of rural areas around Fort St. John, Dawson Creek and Chetwynd.
