FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – 3 local small businesses have been nominated for the Small Business B.C. Awards. There are 2 in Dawson Creek and 1 in Charlie Lake.

The 2 companies from Dawson Creek and Fort St. John were nominated in the following categories:

  • Northern Environmental Action Committee (based out of Fort St. John) – Premier’s People’s Choice and Best Community Impact
  • Vintage and Restoration Love – Premier’s People’s Choice

Meanwhile, the company from Charlie Lake is Northern Legendary Construction and they have been nominated for the Best Apprentice Training Award.

Nominations and voting close on November 30, 2016. Entrepreneurs are invited to nominate their businesses and the public is encouraged to nominate their favourite small business.
