AMBER ALERT ENDED: Missing 4 year-old girl found

UPDATE: Acting Sergeant Brian Montague with the Vancouver Police Department says that 4 year-old Delilah Felton was located safe and unharmed by police in Surrey at around 1:15 p.m. MST.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – A province-wide Amber Alert has been issued by the Vancouver Police for 4 year-old Delilah Felton, who is possibly travelling with her mother Angela Hanley, the suspect in Delilah’s disappearance.

Delilah is described as Caucasian, one metre and 22 centimetres tall (four feet), 40 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a mostly red, colourful rain jacket with flowers on it, a black skirt with writing on the front, and black leggings with grey stripes.

Police say Delilah was taken from the East King Edward area of Vancouver.

Her mother, who is the the suspect in the case, is 46, 5’6″ tall, 139 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a light brown corduroy jacket with a fur-lined hood, dark jeans, and calf-height rain boots.

Police ask the public to call 9-1-1 if they spot either Delilah or her mother. They say to not approach either.

No information on a possible vehicle was provided by police.
