UPDATE:  The fog advisory has ended.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for Fort St. John and the North Peace.  According to the advisory, near zero visibility is expected or occurring in many areas of the North Peace.

Travel is expected to be hazardous due to the low visibility.

If you plan to fly tonight, contact your airline to see if there are any delays before heading to the North Peace Airport.

Near zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring. ### Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
