GRANDE PRAIRIE, A.B. – Police in Grande Prairie are asking for the publics help in locating a missing female youth.

Shania Yellowknee (16) was reported missing on Monday October 31, 2016 and was last seen in Grande Prairie on Saturday, October 29th.

Yellowknee is described as:

  • Aboriginal
  • 5’7
  • 120 lbs
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes

There is general concern for her well being and police would like to speak with her as soon as possible.

Police are asking anyone who knows of Yellowknee’s whereabouts or has recently been in contact with her to please contact the Grande Prairie RCMP Detachment at 780-830-5701 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
