DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Pat Pimm was not present in court this morning and once more, his arraignment hearing was pushed back.

Pimm is facing 1 charge of assault in relation to an alleged incident that occurred in Dawson Creek on August 13th. Pimm was scheduled to be arraigned on October 4th, but that date ended up being pushed back 2 other times as his lawyer waited to receive and review files that involve his client.

The new arraignment date is November 22, 2016 at 9:00 am.
