FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The recently released Site C September numbers show a drop in employment from the previous month.

In August, there were 1,816 workers. In September, there was 1,750.

Construction and Environmental and NonConstruction Contractors had 1,345 workers with 1,035 workers primarily being from B.C. which is 77%.

Community Interviews with Moose FM


Engineers and Project Team saw 406 workers with 357 being primarily B.C. residents which is 88%.

In total, there were 1,750 workers with 1,392 being primarily B.C. residents which is 80% overall.

When it comes to the number of of Peace River Regional District Primary Residents, there were 600 which is 45%.
