FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The latest building numbers released by the City of Fort St. John show a fairly big increase for the month of November. The increase comes from one project in particular.

A building permit for Lehigh Hanson Mat. Ltd for a cement plant was $11 million.

There were 10 permits in the month of November which came to a total of $14,462,000.00.

  • Single home total: $1,971,000.00
  • Garage/Reno total: $240,000.00
  • Commercial: $1,251,000.00
  • Industrial: $11,000,000.00
