Woman reported missing in Grande Prairie

GRANDE PRAIRIE, A.B. — Mounties in Grande Prairie are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing woman.

28 year-old Victoria Yatchotay was reported missing on Thursday. She was last seen on Tuesday evening.

Yatchotay is described as: Aboriginal, standing 5’5″ tall, weighing 134 lbs., with medium length orange/blonde hair, brown eyes, and a piercing on her cheek. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.

It is believed that she may be in the Grande Prairie area in the company of some of her acquaintances. If you have information about Yatchotay’s whereabouts, please call the Grande Prairie RCMP at 780-830-5700 or call your local police detachment. If you want to remain anonymous, you can contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
