FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Motorists driving the Alaska Highway are reporting slick conditions north of Fort St. John this morning.

According to several reports from motorists, the Alaska Highway is reported to be extremely icy north of Mile 80.

A freezing rain warning is in effect for the Fort Nelson, Muncho Lake, and Watson Lake regions today. The freezing rain is expected to ease off near Fort Nelson early this afternoon.
