CALGARY, A.B. - Canadian Natural Resources Limited has announced it will acquire Painted Pony Energy Ltd.

TAYLOR, BC – The District of Taylor announced today that it will be receiving an $8,000 donation from Aecon next week after a group of its employees held a fundraiser while working at several Enbridge sites near the community last year.

Brad Mailman, the organizer of the fundraiser, contacted the District’s Community Services department and asked which children’s and local families groups could benefit from the donation. After staff suggested Taylor Elementary as the best option, Aecon donated $2500.00 to the school’s breakfast program and $1500.00 to the school library.

In addition to the funds provided to Taylor Elementary, money was also given to help over 90 local children attend the Kids Kamp and Kids Zone Summer Programs. They also helped to provide new equipment and supplies for community programs and activities.
