FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Fort St. John Flyers resume regular season action on Wednesday when they welcome the Grande Prairie Athletics.
The team is coming off an 8-1 thumping at the hands of the Dawson Creek Sr. Canucks in Game One of the Coy Cup Showdown.
While in NPHL game-play their last game vs GP was a one-goal defeat versus the Western Division-leading Athletics as a late comeback attempt by the Flyers fell short.
“We need to find out legs,” said General Manager Lee Hartman. “It’s a busy schedule for us so the guys should start to bind together for the playoffs.”
Wednesday’s clash with Grande Prairie gets underway at 8:30 p.m. at the North Peace Arena.
