FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The City of Fort St. John has issued a request for proposals seeking a realtor to sell the former Fort St. John Fire Hall lot on 100th Avenue.
The City says that it wants to get proposals from qualified real estate brokers that would be capable of selling the surplus property, which is owned by the City, on its behalf. The lot, which is located at the corner of 100th Ave. and 94th St. was most recently assessed by BC Assessment in 2016 with a value of $610,000.
The City said that questions about the RFP must be submitted in writing only to Strategic Services Director Moira Green no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 7th. Questions received later than this stated time and date may not be acknowledged or answered. Green can be reached via email at: [email protected].
Submitted proposals must be sent Green by courier or mail in sealed in a package or envelope, or submitted via email, with the Proponent’s company name, address, and FRP Title and number on the front or top.
Submissions may be delivered by courier, mail, or by email. Proposals delivered to any other City facility, location or person may result in the non‐receipt and rejection of the proposal.
