TAYLOR, B.C. — Yellowhead Road and Bridge say that crews will be performing emergency repairs on the Taylor Bridge today, effective immediately.

YRB North Peace Quality Manager Greg McNeil said that crews will be reducing traffic on the Taylor Bridge to a single lane alternating in each direction from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Motorists are advised that the work could cause delays of up 20 minutes in each direction, as the bridge will be reduced to single lane-alternating traffic.

A pilot vehicle and traffic control will be in place to divert traffic. Drivers are advised to use caution while on the bridge as there will be personnel and equipment working.
