This will mark the second straight weekend where the Pups will clash with the Fairview Flyers and Grande Prairie JDA Kings.

Last weekend, the Dogs stomped the Kings on Friday before edging a feisty Flyers team the following evening to improve their record to 23-6-2, one point behind the Dawson Creek Jr. Canucks for top spot in the NWJHL standings.

“Same story as last week,” said General Manager Jeremy Clothier. “We need to work, we need to skate and we need to move the puck up the ice. If we can continue to build off that we will have a lot of success.”

Friday’s date with the Fairview Flyers at the North Peace Arena and Saturday’s contest in Grande Prairie get underway at 8:00 p.m.
