Midget Predators go 1-2 in exhibition series with Timberwolves

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The LB Energy Female Midget Predators hockey team was in exhibition action in Williams Lake over the weekend.

The team hadn’t played a game in over a month and faced the Williams Lake Timberwolves in a three-game series as a warmup for Provincials next month.

The girls fell 4-0 in the first game in which they tried to find their legs. In Game Two the Predators scored the first goal courtesy Hannah Piket but lost by the score of 4-1. In the final tilt with the Timberwolves, the girls came out on top 5-3. The team got goals in the middle frame from Keagan Goulet and Ally Dancevic and the third period tallies off the sticks of Jordyn Larson, Payton Bowen and Kendra Bowen.

The team will now prepare for Provincials in Williams Lake from March 20th to 25th.
