FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Northeast B.C. Resource Municipalities Coalition has announced details about a symposium it is hosting in Fort St. John at the end of the month.
The symposium will feature discussions to gather information and feedback from residents in Northeast after the provincial government announced that it wants to create a new Energy Roadmap. The symposium will start off with a presentation on how Northeast B.C. can contribute to the new Energy Roadmap before a panel discussion on the topic.
David Keane is set to deliver a keynote address on LNG before afternoon discussions on aspects of the Roadmap that the Coalition says should be included in the final consultations with the Province.
The symposium is taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Pomeroy Hotel and Conference Centre in Fort St. John on February 28th. The event is free, with registrations being accepted on Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/bcs-energy-roadmap-symposium-tickets-43058500133.
