NPSS Students art showcased at Alberta University of the Arts

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Local student Wonhye Jeong submitted her artwork and an artist statement for the ‘Show Off! High School Art Competition’.

The Art Competition sponsored by Alberta College of Art + Design is offering grade 10, 11 and 12 students the opportunity to showcase their artwork from Monday, March 11 until Saturday, March 23, 2019.

Entrants to the contest could win over $30,000 in prizes, including the grand prize the ‘Show Off! Entrance Scholarship’. The prize is the first-year tuition at ACAD and an additional matching grant provided to your school art program.

Jeong’s art will be showcased in AUArts’ Main Mall public viewing area.
